from this point, i was ready to complete the installation of the creative suite. i ran adobe photoshop elements and everything was working fine. i went to file>new, which brought me to the main screen of elements, and i selected photoshop elements 13>creative suite 6 and the download began. after about an hour the program went into the scanning mode, and i have it set to scan to my desktop. i waited for a few hours and when my scan was finished i opened the images in photoshop elements and was able to do anything i wanted with them. this was great because i could
